Information Collection
Personal Information (“PI”) refers to any information that relates to an individual who may be identified from that data, or from a combination of a set of data, and other information which is or may be in possession of TIK. Such information may include, but not be limited to, a first and last name, e-mail address, a home, postal or other physical address, or any other information required to provide a service you requested, such as title, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, etc.
When you browse TIK’s Website, you do so anonymously. TIK does not collect PI, including your email address. However, certain information such as your IP address, demographics, your computers’ operating system, browser type, internet Service Provider (ISP) and any other information your browser may send to us, may be collected (through means of ‘log files, ‘clickstream data’ etc.) in order to provide better usability, troubleshooting, site maintenance and to understand which parts of the website are visited, how frequently and the duration of the visit. Uses of Personal Information
TIK uses information for several general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain information and services, to keep you up to date on the latest Product announcements, Products updates, special offers or other information TIK thinks you would like to hear about, to better understand your needs and provide you with better services and to identify and authenticate your access to the parts of the Services that you are authorised to access.
