Provides a simple way to protect the integrity of your SAP Payroll Implementation, so simple that a novice can be running your verification processes in a matter of hours!
When comparing SAP systems all you need to do is specify the SAP that you're comparing the results against (via RFC). For non-SAP payroll systems just upload your mappings (i.e. Payment Code to Wage Type etc.) and specify the file layout that will be used to import the external payroll results.
Easily compare payment codes against their Wage Types equivalents by creating one to one, one to many, many to one and many to many mappings. Once mapped you can define the acceptable tolerances for comparison, either by set dollar/cent amount or by a specified percentage.
You can analyse and identify all differences by interrogating specific employees, Wage Types, or employee master data attributes. Easily allocate user defined messages to explain these differences that can be categorised to suit your projects requirements (i.e. Defects, Change Requests, etc.).
Summary and detailed Verification Results Reports as well as detailed Statistical reports are automatically produced and can be customised to suit the reporting requirements of your project management team so that they can get an immediate picture of the verification status.
